Incentives Offered for Businesses to Locate in the Wright Dunbar Business Village
Monday, July 21- A small business incentive program has been launched in the Wright Dunbar Business Village, brought forward by the City of Dayton, CityWide, the Chamber, and a consortium of banks. The program will provide loans up to $150,000 at the prime rate in addition to other incentives. Steve Nutt of the CityWide Development Corporation will administer the program 937.226.0457. The partnership was initiated by Dayton City Commissioner Joey D. Williams. Participating banks include Bank One, Fifth Third Bank, Huntington Bank, KeyBank, Liberty Savings Bank, National City Bank, Provident Bank, and U.S. Bank. This program is available to neighborhoods in the Greater Wright Dunbar area; including the Wolf Creek, Roosevelt, Macfarlane, and Five Points sections. The Wright Dunbar Business Village is excited to be the pilot area for this program.
