Wright-Dunbar Business Village News

Opening Soon
On Friday, June 27 at 2:00pm the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park will celebrate the opening of the Wright-Dunbar Interpretive Center, the Aviation Trail Visitor Center and Museum, and the Paul Laurence Dunbar State Memorial.

"A tremendous amount of work by many partners has gone into preparing for this day. We're now ready to open our collective doors and share Dayton's unique history with the world," said Larry Blake, Park Superintendent.

The opening ceremony for all three museums will occur at the Wright-Dunbar Plaza, on South Williams Street, near the intersection with West Third Street. All three museums will open following the ceremony. RTA will provide shuttle service to and from the Paul Laurence Dunbar State Memorial.

Parking in the Village is limited for this event and visitors are encouraged to use the Park-and-Ride at Zion Church on the corner of Edwin C. Moses and West Third Street or the Conover Street Park-and-Ride on Conover and Second Streets. RTA will provide shuttle service to and from the Park-and-Ride Lots.
