City Helps PriMed Open Physicians' Office in Wright-Dunbar

The Dayton City Commission recently approved a Development Agreement with Premiere Integrated Medical Associates (PriMed) to assist with the company's renovation of office space in the Wright-Dunbar Village neighborhood.

The Development Agreement, which was approved on February 2, will provide $75,000 in grant money to help PriMed renovate space at 1152 West Third Street for a physicians' office. The project will cost approximately $801,000 for acquisition and renovation of the building, exterior improvements, and purchasing machinery, equipment furniture and fixtures.

The project will create a family physicians' office whose doctors will see an estimated 150 patients per day (30,000 per year). The company will employ up to five doctors and have an office staff of at least 15 people. This project is a joint effort between the City of Dayton and KeyBank Corporation.
