Welcome! Our organization collaborates with individuals and other groups to promote the revitalization of the Wright-Dunbar Business Village. We provide opportunities to improve the neighborhood's vitality through new residential, commercial, cultural and entertainment development while celebrating the rich historical significance of the area. The buildings within the Wright-Dunbar Business Village are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, a distinction that makes them eligible for rehabilitation tax credits.

Wright Dunbar, Inc. is also affiliated with the National Main Street Program. Our focus is the rehabilitation and occupancy of the commercial buildings on the West Third Street Corridor between Shannon Road and Broadway and we support other rehabilitation efforts in the area. The Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park is headquartered within the Village and the Paul Laurence Dunbar State Historic Site is in a nearby residential neighborhood. These significant historical sites alone promise to attract many people to the area and this presents a unique opportunity for businesses looking for affordable space within walking distance of downtown Dayton.
